Results: (6 weeks post-surgery) This 74-year-old patient presented for excess skin of the upper eyelids. She had upper eyelid surgery elsewhere before and was not satisfied with the outcome. She continued to complain of visual field obstruction and was unhappy with the appearance of her upper eyelids. She is extremely happy and pleased with both the improved degree of the peripheral field of vision and the cosmetic outcome.
